This site is operated by Rotamundos, Inc., the company behind R2 OS and Room Order. This page describes how we treat the personal data of visitors to room-order.com who submit the contact form.

Data we collect: what you give us in the contact form (name, hotel, WhatsApp, email and country) and basic technical visit data. We use it exclusively to answer your request, schedule the demo you asked for and follow up commercially about Room Order and R2 OS.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the providers we need to run this site and our communication (hosting, transactional email and messaging), which process it under our instructions.

We keep your contact data while there is an active or potential business relationship. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via WhatsApp or the contact form.

Data of guests who order through Room Order inside a hotel is the responsibility of the hotel operating the platform; Rotamundos, Inc. processes it as a processor, under the service agreement with each hotel and the R2 OS privacy policy.

If we update this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page.
