The guest on the sunbed will not go looking for a waiter
Either the order comes to them, or the sale never happens. A QR per sunbed, cabin or table: guests order without getting up and every order reaches the right bar.
The whole property is your restaurant
Hotel F&B revenue does not live only in room service: it lives at the pool at noon, at the spa mid-afternoon, in the lobby at coffee time. And in all those areas, the sale depends on a fragile factor: a waiter passing by at the exact moment of craving. If they do not pass, the craving dies in silence.
Multi-outlet means the same ordering engine covers the whole property. Each QR is tied to its location (sunbed 12, cabin 3, lobby table 7) and its menu, and routes the order to the right kitchen or bar. The guest orders at the moment of craving, without looking for anyone, and your team delivers instead of patrolling.
How it works in each area
The same engine, each area’s operation.
The sunbed QR
Drinks, snacks and ceviches ordered from the towel. The order says sunbed 12, the pool bar prepares it and your team delivers straight to the umbrella.
- A QR per sunbed or palapa
- A dedicated pool menu
- Delivery with exact location
Light consumption, calm intact
Teas, juices and light dishes ordered without speaking and without leaving the relaxation room. The order reaches the bar with the location and the silence is preserved.
- A light spa menu
- Ordering without talking to anyone
- Charge to the same stay folio
The table that serves itself
The meeting coffee and the afternoon glass, ordered from the table. The desk stops taking orders and your bar receives each order with its table.
- A QR per table
- The desk freed from order-taking
- A clear work queue for the bar
Everything to the same stay
The pool lemonade, the spa tea and the in-room dinner end up in the same place: the guest folio. One stay, one folio, zero loose tickets.
- Folio charge from any area
- Direct payment for outside visitors
- Spend per stay in the reports
Each QR knows where the guest is and which kitchen to talk to. If the system does not route on its own, it is not multi-outlet: it is a menu with copies.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a kitchen per area?
No: you need each order to reach the right prep station. It can be one central kitchen or kitchen plus bars; QR routing is configured to your operation.
Can outside pool visitors order?
Yes, paying on delivery. Folio charging is for guests with an active stay; the day visitor orders just as easily and pays directly.
How does the waiter find sunbed 12?
Each QR carries its location label and the order shows it on the panel. Number your sunbeds and tables as you already do; the system uses your naming.
Can I have different prices at the pool?
Yes: each outlet can have its own menu, with its dishes, prices and hours. The pool can close its menu at 6 pm while the room stays 24/7.
Does this replace my waiters?
No: it removes the thankless part (patrolling and note-taking) and leaves the valuable one (delivering well and hosting). The same team covers more ground with fewer laps.
