Room Order started with another name and another fight: Pide Ya, a direct-ordering engine built so restaurants would stop giving away up to a third of every sale to delivery apps. The idea was simple and remains intact: whoever cooks should keep what they sell.

Working with hotels we found that room service had the same problem with a different face: printed menus that age, a phone nobody answers on time, orders lost between the front desk and the kitchen, and guests ending up ordering from an external app while lying in your hotel bed.

So we took the engine where it delivers the most value: inside the hotel system. Today Room Order connects the QR in every room with your menu, your kitchen panel and the folio of the guest stay, because it is part of R2 OS, the same system where the reservation lives. The order does not integrate with the hotel: it is born inside it.
