The kitchen that sees every order the second it happens
No paper tickets, no phone off the hook, no “who took this order?”. A live panel with everything your kitchen needs to serve on time.
The link almost everyone breaks
The journey of a traditional room service order has too many hands: the guest dictates to the desk, the desk writes it down, someone carries or shouts it to the kitchen, and the kitchen cooks with whatever information survived the trip. Every hand is a chance for error, and every error is a guest picking up the phone again to complain.
The Room Order kitchen panel removes the middle hands: the order the guest confirms on their phone is exactly what appears on the kitchen screen, with room, dishes, notes and time. What the niche calls a KDS, Kitchen Display System, here comes included and switched on from day one.
How your kitchen works with Room Order
From new order to delivered dish, without paper.
Sound alert and a new card
The order arrives with a sound and appears as a card in the new column: room or area, dishes, quantities, guest notes and time.
- Audible alert in the kitchen
- All the information on the card
- No front-desk transcriptions
Statuses that organize the pass
New, preparing, ready: the kitchen moves each card with a tap and everyone knows what is next. The guest watches progress from their phone.
- Clear status columns
- One tap to advance the order
- Status reaches the guest live
Every order to its kitchen
If you have a pool bar and a central kitchen, each QR routes the order to the right prep station. Nobody runs between outlets with paper slips.
- Routing by QR area
- Menus per outlet
- Multi-outlet built in
Ready, delivered and charged
When marked ready, the order goes up and the charge is already posted to the room folio. The kitchen cooks; the system administers.
- Automatic folio charge
- History per stay
- Numbers for the F&B report
The panel runs on the tablet you already own, an old computer or any screen with a browser. Turning on your digital kitchen costs a link, not an investment.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy special screens?
No. The panel works on any device with a browser: tablet, laptop, desktop or a connected screen. Many hotels start with the tablet they already own.
What if the kitchen is busy and misses the order?
The sound alert plays when every order arrives and the card stays in the new column until someone moves it. Nothing disappears on its own.
Can I use the panel for orders that do not come from the QR?
Yes: orders your team captures by hand (by phone or at the counter) enter the same flow, so the kitchen has a single line of work.
Does it work with several kitchens or bars?
Yes. Each prep station has its panel and receives only its own: the pool bar sees its drinks, the central kitchen its dishes.
What reports come out of the kitchen?
Best sellers, peak ordering hours, sales per outlet and spend per stay. The numbers live on the same platform you operate on, no manual exports.
